The BFF app is essentially free to use. You can create an account and explore wonderful rescues looking for a forever home at no cost. To access additional premium features and enhance your app experience, you can subscribe to one of our membership plans. Successfully adopting or fostering through the app can also provide you with the Basic Fur Family plan for free.

If you successfully adopt or foster through BFF, you will unlock the Basic Fur Family membership for free. This plan enables you to maintain your pet's records, set reminders, and redeem discounts from our community. To enhance your pet parenting experience on the app and unlock more features, you can also upgrade your membership plan at a discounted rate.

Yes, our app provides you with filters to search based on your preferences. However, we cannot guarantee that you will find what you are looking for. Keep your heart open and you might surprise yourself.

Rescue Organizations are in control of their own adoption fees, and these can vary.

Rescue Organizations have access to every application they receive, and it is up to them to connect if they find you a suitable candidate for the rescue. Utilizing boosters on the app can enhance your chances of having your application reviewed.

Offers and discounts can only be unlocked once you successfully adopt or foster a rescue, or if you subscribe to one of our Fur Family memberships.

BFF partners with many Rescue Organizations that can help you rehome your pet responsibly. Reach out to them directly through their respective websites and social media channels for support.

You can go to Profile > Subscriptions & Boosters to conveniently subscribe to one of our membership plans on the app.

The pre-screening questionnaire is there to allow Rescue Organizations to make an informed decision before connecting with an applicant on the app. This does not take away from their own internal processes, which could vary for each organization, and this could include additional questionnaires, interviews, and home visits.

Yes, you can send an adoption request on the app to the Rescue Organization, and they will be able to review your request and act according to their process.
